A warm welcome to our winter guests. Despite the inclement weather we enjoyed the company of Andrea from the beautiful town of Lucca in Tuscany and his Russian friend Ekaterina from Moscow. Unfortunately the weather has been wet and cloudy around Lake Maggiore but today thankfully some sunshine and clearer skies to accompany them to the mountains and the resort of Macugnaga where they hope to enjoy some skiing.
Best wishes to you both, we hope to see you again soon, maybe in the Spring or the Summer when you can truly appreciate the beauty of this captivating landscape.
 Un caloroso benvenuto ai nostri ospiti invernali. Nonostante il tempo inclemente abbiamo apprezzato la compagnia di Andrea dalla splendida città di Lucca in Toscana e il suo amico russo Ekaterina di Mosca. Purtroppo il tempo è stato bagnato e nuvoloso intorno al Lago Maggiore, ma oggi per fortuna un po 'di sole e cieli più chiari per accompagnarli alle montagne e sulla località di Macugnaga dove sperano di godersi un po' di sci.

Auguri a tutti e due, speriamo di rivedervi presto, magari in primavera o in estate quando si può veramente apprezzare la bellezza di questo paesaggio accattivante.
