A big welcome to Kevin and Laurie from Colorado, USA.. Benvenuti Kevin e Laurie da Clorado, USA.

Kevin and Laurie arrived only yesterday, but already Penny and I feel we have known them for years.
meetings with such "like minded people" are quite rare, and we are blessed by their interesting company, and a shared sense of humour! We only wish they were staying longer. What a tonic, a breath of fresh air! Hopefully we will stay in touch a friendship to cherish.                                                                                                                        Kevin e Laurie sono arrivati solo ieri, ma già Penny e io sentiamo di averli conosciuti per anni.

gli incontri con queste "persone affini" sono piuttosto rari e siamo benedetti dalla loro compagnia interessante e dal senso dell'umorismo condiviso! Vorremmo solo che restassero più a lungo. Che tonico, una boccata d'aria fresca! Speriamo di rimanere in contatto con un'amicizia da amare.

A memorable afternoon at our favourite restaurant, high in the hills above Lake Orta. The special event was to celebrate Mr Maulini's 94 birthday. A wonderful occasion, with superb cuisine and tremendous service from the family and staff at La Zucca.
Un pomeriggio indimenticabile nel nostro ristorante preferito, in cima alle colline sopra il Lago d'Orta. L'evento speciale è stato per celebrare il 94 ° compleanno del signor Maulini.
