A warm breeze and a tranquil walk on the slopes of Mottarone. The temperatures were around 16°c today with not a breath of air, the view from the higher forests is magnificent, and exclusive. I only passed one person in two hours. The only sound was that of a contented heart beat. Total silence. Fantastic what a tonic! A few photo's of Mr Pepper, who's getting a little greyer with age and slower with his 
arthritis, and grossly overweight. A fitness campaign I think for everyone!
Una brezza calda e una tranquilla passeggiata sulle pendici del Mottarone. Le temperature sono stati di circa 16 ° C oggi con non una boccata d'aria, la vista dalle foreste superiori è magnifico, ed esclusiva. Ho passato una sola persona in due ore. L'unico suono era quello di un battito cardiaco contento. Silenzio totale. Fantastico quello che un tonico! Alcune foto del del sig Pepper, che sta diventando un po 'più grigio con l'età e più lento con la sua artrite, e gravemente sovrappeso. Una campagna di forma fisica credo che per tutti!
