After an interesting holiday in Croazia and Italy's Cinqua Terra, Esther and Pascal find time to relax in Lake Maggiore. Only a few days, but blessed with fantastic weather. We hope they will return again soon, as we so enjoyed your company.

After a walking holiday in neighbouring Switzerland Kevin and Lili arrived in Stropino for a whistle stop tour of Lake Maggiore, and hopefully if time permits, Lake Orta.
We hope they can return on another ocasssion to truly appreciate the beauty of this vast and varied area.

The Togni family enjoy a hearty breakfast, in preparation for a golf "stroke play competition" being qualifying rounds of golf for individual National rankings, played over 2 days at our neighbouring course of Golf Club des Iles Borromées.
The family arrived on the Friday for a practice round, followed by a gruelling first day (Saturday) in hot humid conditions, after an over night storm and heavy rain. Thankfully today (Sunday) we awoke to clear skies, and much fresher air. So hopefully better scores in prospect!

La famiglia Togni gusta una ricca colazione in preparazione di una"gara a colpi di golf" essendo gironi di qualificazione per la classifica nazionale, hanno giocato più di 2 giorni al corso confinante, il Golf Club des Iles Borromées.
La famiglia è arrivata venerdì per un round di prova, seguita da una prima giornata estenuante (sabato) in condizioni di caldo umido, dopo una tempesta durante la notte e la pioggia battente. Per fortuna oggi (domenica) ci siamo svegliati con il cielo limpido, e l'aria molto più fresca, perciò si spera che ci siano punteggi migliori in prospettiva!
